Was pleasantly surprised to find the refund I requested last Thursday for the return component of my son & his family's Denpasar Townsville leg of their upcoming trip back in my account today.
Dissapointing that Strategic have had to pull out of Townsville & Perth / Denpasar legs but great in the Customer Service & Refund side.
