apartments on Jl Padma Utara, just down the road from Jayakarta.
Not a hotel but small complex of apartments with a coffee shop at the front - once again probably a little over your budget but also depends on time of year you're going.
Have stayed there twice & been very happy - great location, loads of living space (but only 1 bathroom which was fine for us). Coffee shop at the front has great food, iced coffees, granitas etc & will deliver to your apartment or around the pool.
