we took a combination of cash which we kept in the safe (and hoped for the best) and a 28 degree mastercard which you can withdraw cash at most atms and at a good rate too with no fees. i did also use my anz visa debit at the atm's and notice i have been slugged with numerous fees for doing so , so wouldnt use that one again but the 28 degree m/card no problems.
