The Sulewesi trip (Makassar) is over and we are back to the favourite "second home" to witness joyous scenes as the staff celebrate their 5 year aniversary, which is also a 5 year celebration for us too.
I will not report on Makassar as the snapping stalkers will be screaming "this is a Bali forum", which of course it is.
It's a bit of a shame, because this precludes me from describing the experience, surprise at the relatively light traffic, the rooms on stilts over the sea and the attack on our Becak by would be motor cycle Robin Hoods.
As I catch up with good friends I will explain all in person.
I guess that I can describe the process however, as this WAS in Bali, all booked through Rahayu travel and money change opposite The Baby equipment hire place and just along from KTH.
Good honest family business and a pleasure to do business with.
I have been buying large qtys of coffee beans, both packaged and not packaged and will certainly be returning to
Aus with the sealed ones (Aribica and Robusta)from both Bali and Toraja, but not sure about the non sealed market purchased ones ($10 per kilo)
Tommorow should see a start to apartment renos, although one can never be sure about local workforce reliability.....we'll see.
Nice breeze again today, light cloud and all's well in paradise again.
