Why would you say all that? There are many many hotels/resorts that have underground parking in Bali and all over the world that are able to cope in the rainy season and also many more higher Structures in Bali.. It's not just Bali that has earthquakes (look at NZ at the moment). There's nothing better than being a positive person...... Have a lovely day. :)
