There are definitely 1 bedrooms around within your price range
Not sure that all would be walking distance to the beach
If Seminyak perhaps concentrate around the Oberoi area (close to beach)
The other problem at this stage will be availability
Many are booked out well in advance & July is not far away
July is also high/peak season for availability & pricing
There are some listed below under area & then sub areas which may help
You will have to go through to see which may suit re your neeeds, location, budget & availability
Also perhaps look at the Legian area for options a there are quite a few closer to the beach
eg Royal Tunjung Bali - (communal pool)
1bedroom Deluxe Suite is US$ 150 for low season, and US$ 200 for high season
