Seminyak Villa

Good morning all,
My wife and I are heading to Bali in Mid July for 14 nights. I'd like to book a 1 bedroom Villa in the Seminyak area within walking distance to the beach. Hopefully in the AUD 100 - 200 range per night.

My question to you all - would you have any suggestions for reasonable quality Villas in the area that would meet this criteria?

I have been looking on some of the Villa websites and have been dismayed at some of the costings - USD 300-600 per night.

Any thought / suggestions / advice would be much appreciated.
