why not bring it along? it's about the size of your thumb, right?
If you are lucky, you can use a local internet sim card in it.
As I mentioned recently elsewhere, I use AXIS, rp70K/month. I am happy with it. very good value. Not sure if the speed is adequate for a good skype call, but fine for email, facebook, check news websites, etc. I don't think I would spend the money to buy a local modem if onl.y for a 2week holiday
Many, many restaurants, coffee shops have free wifi when you are a patron.
Easy to plan a meal or coffee every day of every other day at one of these and take care of your internet needs.
Same for Dunkin Donuts, KFC, McD, etc.
