Johan was looking for $400/month.. Your suggestion of $490/week would be well out of his budget.
But from Johan's comments, it sounds like he is very familiar with staying long term in Bali, so I'm sure he can find something that suits his budget and living requirements. As I mentioned in another post, the difficulty is trying to find something like that online.
Much easier to do it while actually in Bali.
