3. Use a local SIM such as Mentari and the cheap access code to a phone in Oz.
4. Use a local SIM such as Mentari and no cheap access code to a phone in Oz.
5. Using roaming on your Oz mobile while in Bali to ring Oz.
6. Use your phone in your room to ring Oz.
