It is cheaper to take an unlocked phone from Aust. and buy a sim card in Bali. Two different cards to use, XL or Simpati both are very cheap to ring Aust. If using XL dial 01000 then country code 61 and area code eg: 7 if in Qld then the phone number. If using Simpati dial 01017 then country code 61 then area code then the phone number. Hope this helps
