I only hired Bali Weddings International to do my legal stuff and the rest i really took care of myself. Its a little more stressful but really not that hard and saves you money. In saying that Josie at the villas helped suggest things and organised some stuff. I didnt find it more expensive than a hotel purely for the alcohol factor. In most hotels the alcohol seemed huge where as by doing it in a villa we could hire a caterer who provided an 8 hour drinks package inc cocktails, beer and aussie wine for a very decent price. We were told that the dj would have to turn the music down at 10 but to be honost i dont really think that happened until 11 and all we did was turn one set of speakers off towards the back. Didnt affect us at all. In reagrds to the villa, we considered this our accomodation and when split by 8 ppl wasnt too bad. More than a hotel but worth every cent. Especially for the privacy during the ceremony. I wouldnt change anything. Let me know if you want names of ppl we used as they were all great!
