Melissa at Bali weddings international took care of the entire legal part, all you do is send your birth certificates and passports, all over email. I think it costs over US$700 but that includes the, preist, vows, she is there during the ceremony and of course organising the paperwork prior for the certificates. It sounds a bit expensive but trust me they make that part so easy. You can get them to organise the rest of your wedding too if you wanted but as i mentioned it is possible and cheaper to do yourself. For our caterer we used Rio Catering. They have a restaurant in Seminyak called Rio Bar and Grill. Food was great and alcohol was great value. They also supply all the tables, chairs, seat covers, clothes, plates etc etc. We wanted to have a 3 course meal rather than buffet plus we wanted to have wine and they were the best option price wise. Plus they are a lot more flexible then other companies and the ppl are so nice. Flowers we used Heliconia and they were stunning. Photographer we used Aditi Niranjan - ppl asked if we flew a Perth photographer over they liked them so much. Cake we used Ixora (Almira is great), if you need marquees we used Ristana Utama and DJ, well we had contacted an American DJ (Karsten Schroeer) based on a review i had found on a forum. He was already booked for then but he organised us a Balinese DJ for cheaper. He was amazing and did such a good job and organised all the speakers, microphone etc etc. You should be able to google all these companies / ppl. Happy to help, it can all be a little overwhelming. Cheers Amanda
