Back from Bali yesterday and I am disgusted with Jetstar. After sending them a letter and ringing Darwin Jetstar and being told that there would be immigration and Custom Declaration forms for entry into Bali this did not happen on my flight on the 6th May. What a mess on landing, nobody knew where to get the cards and everybody was running around asking where to get them. Finally noticed airport staff holding up some and then there was the problem of filling them out. Only small areas to write on on the end of tourist desk holders which I was lucky to get one. When I turned around there were people down on the floor filling out their forms. Jetstar need a good kick up the back side for their lack of customer support. I will now send another letter to their CEO.
