Car Rental - Sanur

We will be staying at the Mercure Resort Sanur for 5 nights. Planning to rent a car (Suzuki Jimmy?) for the duration.

Questions:
1. What is the requirement to rent a car? I have a US driver's licence. Won't be happy if I have to leave my US passport with the car rental company :-(.

2. What is the rate for a Jimmy or a Toyota Vios (Small car?)

4. Any recommedation where to rent it from in Sanur?

3. We will need full coverage insurance for sure - do they offer insurance? Is it legit?
