Surfing lessons for Kids

Hi All,
I have an 11 year old daughter who would like to do a surfing lesson while in Bali. Has anyone had experience with kids doing this in Bali, we will be staying at the Ramada Bintang in Kuta.

Obviously I want to use a reputable tutor and safety is my number 1 priority. I have had one quote for $60 US I felt that this was a little expensive, but am happy to pay if that is the going rate for quality instruction.

Any advice/recommendations would be much appreciated.
