Transport can be negotiated. U should expect to pay about 300/350 for half a day or 400/450 rupee for a full day. This will already include everything.
Its hard to say what to expect to pay for purchases on the street as some sellers begin at a very rediculous price.
On walking away with your purchase, if you are happy and the vendor is happy. Then it is a good deal. But be aware that a lot of the product available can be bought from Aust local markets. The price they generally ask is 3 times what we would pay here.
