I always think that you need to decide what you would be prepared to pay for the item first. Compare it to what you would be prepared to pay at home. These days they usually start off at some ridiculous price, that is so extreme it is mad. So I just offer halfish of what I would pay at home and go from there. Always remember that if you think it is a bargain - then it is. Other people will always tell you they got it cheaper. Just try and enjoy bargaining.
