to go to imigration at least 3 time for each renewal. First time to collect & lodge the required forms (between 9am & noon), the 2nd time about 4 days later to pay the money (between 9am & 3pm) The third time about 4 days later to have photo & finger prints & collect your passport (9an till noon). Be prepared to wait around 20- 30 minutes each time. I had to have photo etc for first renewal this time but not the second. They still have great fun losing my file for a while each time. Don't ecpect service, smiles or directions while you are there. You will get the compulsory grunt for free.
