Hi, I have never been to melbourne and am driving down from wagga in july for 3 drs appt over 2 days before going to Bali. the first is in albert rd melbourne at 5pm,and staying over night for the next morning when we have to be in clayton at 9am. I am loathe to drive to the albert st appt, trams,traffic etc,so I am looking at where to check into a motel that is easy to get to clayton the next morning but that i can get on a train, bus or tram to get to the 5pm albert rd appt, and how long i need to allow for the travel there and then again next morning. so i'm asking where is a good place to stay to get to both, the first one by public and the 2nd one by car.
hoping someone on this great forum doesn't mind helping even though its not in Bali
