We just got married in Bali a few weeks ago. You definately need this certificate but its easy to get. Just get a driver to take you to the embassy (you dont need an appt) and once there they provide a form for you to fill out. Remember to take your passports and the equivilant of $110 in ruphiah. Pass the certificate on to whoever is doing your legal work (for us we used Bali Weddings International) and they will take it from there. Good Luck!
