Wedding Please help

We are getting married in Bali on the 3rd August 2011 we have been told we need a NO IMPEDIMENT TO MARRIAGE we have the certificate here wich we have filled out. Can someone please tell us if we have to go the the embssay or wherever in Bali to lodge it in person. ANY help is greatful Thanks
