I think that Ducks will suit you fine.
We had an escorted tour through and spent some time there not long back and it looked just fine and presenting good value for money.
Just be aware that sometimes personalities come into play when public forums are being used to rate all sorts of businesses, and not all reports are reflective of the actual facts.
