Yes I thought that at first too. But if the fare is 25,000 why would you give 5 x 10,000(100,000) = 50,000(500,000)? You would only give 3 x 10,000 = 30,000(300,000). Hope that makes sense.
I think that meandmaverick did actually only give 50,000 & correct change given by the taxi driver. :)
