In all previous posts, the comment has been made that a) cant pay in $US coin (US$5 note hard to come by - if it all it exists and they have not gone coins like Australia),
b)change is in rupiah if so desired. So I cant pay exact amount in either Australian or US dollars. Why would I not get some change back???????????
