It isnt only Permata Bank that you can draw 3m.... i always use Danoman Bank (sp?) cash points in Kuta as they too have the 3m limit, so do some of the commonwealth ones. I find the ones that distribute the 100k notes have the higher limit, and its the 50k note ones which only give out 1m at a time.
