I would recommend Kesuma on the beachfront in southern Sanur for a twilight dinner. Heaps cheaper seafood than Jimbaran Bay.
A couple of other cheap (but nice) places for dinner are an Italian place called Sale e Pepe (also in southern Sanur) and a very clean Indonesian place called Pregina (mid Sanur). Both of these places are my personal favourites when I'm in town and have been to each several times.
The Duckz Nutz at the Ugly Duckling is another one that jumps out for good value standard fare. It goes off on a Sunday afternoon.
I would recommend somewhere on the beach for lunch like Bonsai or Bennos or even Beach Cafe for cooling sea breezes under a tree.
All reasonably priced.
Generally speaking, I've always found Sanur to be good value when it comes to eating out. You should be reasonably OK wherever you go, so long as you don't eat inside some of the larger hotels which can be on the pricey side.
Just peruse the menus for pricing before you go inside.
Hope this helps a little.
