Like I said Dahong, I reckon Sanur is pretty good value all over when it comes to restaurants.
I'm a bit of a gourmand when it comes to eating out so I like to eat at higher end places (usually for dinner), but that's not to say that I don't mind good value food.
Regardless of the price, the food always has to be good quality.
Another place that I like for dinner is Kayu Manis in northern Sanur.
The food is particularly good and very well priced given the quality.
It currently ranks #1 in Sanur on TripAdvisor.
As for any other lunch places, I nearly always have lunch on the beach so my previous suggestions still stand, but another one you could add to that list is Stiff Chili on the beach in southern Sanur.
My favourite on the beach WAS Spirit Cafe, but unfortunately they have closed and I'm not sure where the owners have gone......somewhere else in Sanur I believe.
