I think right now is probably safer than any, I'm studying counter terrorism and have done papers on radical Islamic groups and I don't think any terrorist would be foolish enough to start something straight away. There ammo has always been the element of surprise. So you really cant pick when something bad is going to happen. If you stop living your life then the terrorists have won.
