for Indonesia for a number of years now.
It hasn't stopped a number of high profile Australian Government officials going to Bali and enjoying themselves.
It also hasn't prevented a number of high profile International Conventions and sporting events being held there throughout the warning period.
I believe that a Freo to Bali yacht race is either under way, or starting soon.
When Governments and Government personel start to heed their own advice, I will consider doing the same.
There WILL be more terrorist attacks, there WILL be more backpack killings, there WILL be even more fiendish ways found to terrorise people......but all these would happen regardless of who has been "eliminated" and who hasn't.
It's the world that we live in, and the same one that we have lived in since the tit for tat game of death initiated by 9/11 and even before.
Our kids will be brought up accepting this as part of "normal" life, and perhaps now that's exactly what it is.
Personally, I think the drive to the airport in Perth is the scariest part of the journey.....but that's just me.
