Thanks for your information but I was just wondering can you please tell me if you get a printed copy of the recipes with Maria, as Im sure I would forget by the time I got home or do you make your own notes? I love the idea that you can choose the meals you want, but is it hands on enough? Also do you feel confident in what you learnt.

Im still trying to decide whether or not to do a cooking class while in Ubud as we are staying there first. Originally was thinking either Casa Luna or now Bumbu Bali that you also mentioned. Im only a novice and really only interested in learning to make the REAL way Lumpia, Sate, Nasi Goreng and the Beef Rendang sounds good too. The beginners course at Casa Luna has the sate and nasi goreng included, but not so sure about bumbu bali as it looks more advanced. Anyway any info would be a great help. Thanks
