Sounds as though, Mr AP has provided an upgraded accomadation but working on the same principles as the backpackers style accomodation. No fixed time period, if your in a room, you can stay as long as you like. And a crap online booking system.
But does he care? Does he heck, even before this place was built he was driving around Kuta in Ferraris, Mercedes, and believe it or not, A Hummer! Yes, i have seen this man drive down Poppies 1, in a Hummer.
If only he had as much pride in his hotels, as he did in his cars.
