I decided not to post on our daily things as they were the same day in day out. I had a list of things to do, places to visit, but we enjoyed sleeping in a little, eating, shopping, swimming. We didn't do a single thing on my list. Nice just to relax in the rooms sometimes and let the baby have its sleeps.

We didn't have a microwave for half the trip so we just used room temperature water and gave that to him, also did that on the plane. He was fine with that. wasn't sure he would take to it, glad he did. I was boiling the bottled water when we had the dispenser as i had my own kettle, but i wouldn't bother in the future unless i had a much younger baby, but then i probably wouldn't travel there with a younger bub.

I just bathed him in the tap water, he doesnt out it in his mouth if he is sitting so a quich bath was all i did. We didnt have a bath at KTH so my partner showered him quickly.

Yes, he was nibbling on our foods in the restaurants, mainly to keep in occupied. We found he was falling asleep while we had dinner, he would doze off in the pram. So i would give him some vegies before we went out. When we returned to the hotel he would wake up and have his bottle and bath and go to bed. Worked well most nights.

Yoghurts were cheap. They didnt have a baby one as i was using at home, so i just used normal yoghurt. He was fine with that, they came in a few different sizes and prices. The one i used was only about 30cents each. Cereal was also very cheap. I did take my own weetbix for the baby though as i would prefer him to eat that. My 5 year old however tried a few different cereals as i bought the multi packs. They were only $2 for 6.

Yep, dont worry about mozzies, even at the Safari Park we didnt encounter any. Perhaps buy the Johnsons lotion when you get there and use it for peace of mind if you like. But like i said i was just forgetting by the end.

The hardest thing with a baby is the 'rough terrain'. My partner did all the pram pushing, especially the narrow gangs and Poppies 1 etc. I didn't think i would venture out alone with the kids but found it easy to get a taxi alone, the driver would always get out and help put the pram away while i held the baby and controlled the 5 year old. Then they would also help once i got to where i was going. Really easy.

If you have any other questions feel free to email me, have left the email open. I was a little stressed about taking the baby but it was completely fine. He was a nightmare on the flight on the way over, he chose to give up his dummy the week before we left. I think the problem was he got 3 teeth a couple days later. So i was dreading the return flight but he was really good, didnt sleep but was ok.

Hope i have answered all your questions.
