Scallywags.. absolutely brilliant - if you can get in that is (they only have 10 rooms) its 110USD plus 21% tax per night in High Season - less for low seasons... booked directly by emailing them. Google scallywags - and their website will tell you the email address..
We also paid around the 1million return on Gili Cat.. been heaps of times and have never been able to pay any cheaper than that for the transfers.
If you do book with scallywags you can ask them to add on the return transfers with Gili Cat. They will book it all for you and you can pay for it with your room.
