Safe and Reliable Money Changer

Am staying at the Vira Bali hotel next week - have stayed in Legian in past trips - so can anyone suggest a safe money changer near the Vira in Tuban? Needs to be close to hotel so that I don't have to wait too long for that first Cocktail....
