Bali sim's and iphones

Hello there freaks....

OK, with the bali sim's do they come with data downloads on them these days? In otherwords, can you use the phone to access internet things without being in a wifi area?

New to all this iphone stuff.. have it unlocked and want bali sim, but want to be able to check twitter or I will have withdrawals.. lol
