stayed last september. The pool has a swimup bar, but it wasn't in use. There was service from the restaurant, which is very close to the pool. The staff are very attentive, so you wouldn't go thirsty, I'm sure. The staff will also serve you on the beach lounges. I stayed in an older room and there was no safe, but there are security boxes at reception. Reception is manned 24 hours. The newer rooms are close to the road, or in the hotel style block and are very nice indeed. So are the newer bungalows. A lovely hotel, with beautiful staff and the best location in Sanur.
