We tried buying arm bands for our 2yo one year and found some in Carrefour (inflatable pool stuff in there and out the front at a little store actually) then when we got to the register the price wouldn't come up so they wouldn't let us have them?! The first time in Bali we've been told we can't buy something thats for sale. A very strange experience.
