Since 2010 schooling at Elementary School level is free. However, I believe English is an extra not covered by the govt. Where the major cost is involved is in the uniforms (including 2 x standard, 1 x sports and 1 x activities), books, pens, pencils, schoolbags, shoes, socks, caps, etc. These can amount to anything from $110 to $130
