We have set suppliers for most of our equipment and clothes. Some have been with us since the start. We get our shoes direct from Bata and schoolbags are sourced direct from the factory. Most other things are local outlets like yourself.
Built into our costs, though, is the cost of some unsponsored students plus some school equipment, together with added English class text books.
We also have quite large numbers of students (700+) which brings economy of scale into play.
