Your story is so much like mine except we did not use Cintya but another dressmaker that is often recommended on this forum
After a couple of bad experiences I too longer use the dressmakers in Bali. The workmanship and skills no longer seem to be available.
In the past I have had wedding dresses, suits etc made which have been great.
