No renovations were sighted/mentioned when family had a look for me, but that's not to say it's not in the planning
If it's managed by Puri Saron & the hotel section has just been done I'd guess that there is possibly plans for the bungalows too..and then..I'd bet an increase in price.
Kusuma has been around for ages as basic accommodation.
Now it's a resort :))
