If they are going to ride with no licence, and are accepting that they may have to bribe the police, best is to have their cash in a pocket, seperate from their wallet. Just 50k max in their wallet.
When the police man demands a bribe, open the wallet - "this is all i have officer" - no ATM cards, nothing. Be firm, and they will accept 50k.
If they are demanding more, ask for an official ticket - which can be paid at the police station. Wont be a great deal more - but they are unlikely to give you that anyway as they wont gain from it. They will accept the 50k straight away.
