The attention you wanted, I have lost count of the number of times I have been to Bali from 2 star to 5 star including the Melasti on at least 6 occasions and never had anything stolen. The service at all the hotels have been from good to excellent. Obviously you are assuming it was staff. Are you 100% sure it was not another guest or a member of your group or the person who lost it maybe misplaced it. Any way have a good day Cheers
