We have stayed at the MBR seven times and never ever experienced anything like you are describing. The staff are always very friendly and can not do enough for you, you only have to ask and they will give you extra towels and water without hesitation, we always leave our ipods, iphone and dvd player in the room and never had anything stolen. Can you pls advise what 3 star hotels have staff walking around to ask if you want something to eat or drink?
