going to be up around Garlic Ln there is a "teller Box" nxt door to Garlic Lane Restr, approx 1/3 along on RHS coming from Jl Padma end (your end of Garlic).
It is A/c, has guards of a night & they serve one customer at a time - therefore no-one else in booth with you when you are exchanging lge amounts.
They have excellent rates, money is counted onto counter in front of u - u check it & pocket it. We have never had a hint of a problem there.
