On one of our girls trip we caught a cab to Denpasar in a deluge. The water was almost flowing over the drains and i was feeling rather uncomfortable at the thought of being stranded somewhere between Legian & Denpasar. The mate in the passenager seat started giggling and told us in the back to look over the front . The water was up to the pedals and " no problem" to the driver. Here in Oz I would have baled out instantly.
