reason is that each working girl always has to give security part of her earnings and is usually 20,000 on the way out or when they leave.
it is done in every hotel from 5* to budget.
so when you check in make sure you tell them back off no money here.
but i think you will find that she will give them cig money or a coke or something its just they way locals work.
