complaints about customs

and immigration in Bali.Well i feel that we wait and queue more when we arrive at Aust destinations coming home than up there.Yes,it is getting better when arriving but i remember what it was like to land when several other planes had also arrived.At least we are airconditioned here so that the wait is not so unpleasant.
