staying at the Jayakarta and every morning the amount of rubbish washed up was unbelievable. At least the beach front stall/bar owners would start raking it fairly early. The education department (not sure what they call it there)needs to really start getting the message through to school aged children regarding pollution. Rubbish collection is not really high on the agenda in Bali unfortunately.
